About this site

This is Black Garlic’s coming-soon website. Earth Tab hosts and looks after it.

What we collect

When you send a form on this site (the opening list, a locker request or a job application), what you type is emailed to the Black Garlic team at info@theblackgarlic.com (email The Black Garlic). Earth Tab sends that email for Black Garlic and keeps a copy of it. Nothing you type is stored on this website itself.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and how people find the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your browser, device and approximate location. It does not give us your name or contact details. You can read how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify in the United States. Like any web host, Netlify processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

Wine locker members: family profile

After a wine locker membership begins, we invite the member to tell us about their family. They can share dates of birth, food allergies, foods and drinks they love or avoid, a preferred table, an anniversary and other dates to celebrate, and family members’ names and how they’re related. Every question is optional.

We use these details only to welcome your family and to remind our team of celebrations. They are kept in the restaurant’s customer records, which Earth Tab looks after for Black Garlic.
